I stayed with vegan and seafood options all week. From Monday to Sunday I averaged 1320 calories per day, walked 5.64 miles per day and swam for 100 minutes. This morning I weighed 130.4 (loss of .6 pounds from a week ago) Sunday, May 10, 2008 was an overindulgent unlogged vegan buffet s at Country Life in Keen, N.H. with very little exercise on that day.

 

This week I pledge to log all food & exercise and eat no more than 1,400 this week, walk 6 miles per day and to swim 2,500 minutes.
